Girls Write Now, a nationally award-winning writing and mentoring nonprofit, media incubator, and multi-generational community of writers and leaders, is accepting applications for the Spring Cycle, March - May, 2026. We harness the power of stories to shape culture, impact industries, and bridge divides. Mentors are aged 25+ and Mentees ages 14-24.
We currently have a high demand for Journey Mentors. As a Mentor, you will not only change the trajectory of a young writer's life and career, your life will change too. Mentors also benefit by:
· Networking with Girls Write Now’s talented, multigenerational community
· Connecting with peers in unique community experiences
· Accessing a wide selection of publishing and writing opportunities, as well as creative and professional skill building
· Rebooting, starting, or committing to a writing/creative practice
· Gaining insight into the publishing industry, and making connections
