SouthWest Writers (SWW), in partnership with the New Mexico Arts & the Military Community, is creating an anthology of stories, art, essays, and poetry. These will be perspectives of military life in general, and/or insights into the broad scope of events, feelings, and viewpoints of veterans and their families. The submission window opens March 1, 2023, thru April 1, 2023. There is no entry fee. Entries must be entered by current or former active-duty members of the military or an immediate family member or veteran caregiver currently from New Mexico. They can be memoirs, fictional stories, or poetry and can include artwork or photography.
